the location near the airport worked very well for my short stay. the room was lovely (it had a very comfortable bed and large pillows). the hotel provided a courtesy taxi to the airport, which i appreciated. (it was very convenient)
i encountered a few issues with the shower. the water leaked into the room, suggesting the drains were not efficient. i also found the absence of soap next to the sink inconvenient (i had to reach into the shower room for shower gel). i would have expected better from a hotel like this.

uninterested staff
i was very annoyed when i arrived at this hotel because my pre-booked airport shuttle was a no-show. i had to pay for a taxi, which i found completely unacceptable. to make matters worse, the staff seemed totally uninterested in resolving the problem or even apologizing for the inconvenience, that was really disappointing.

The airport shuttle service was prompt and efficient. The gym has three treadmills and two stationary bikes. (I was able to maintain my workout routine).
The in-room safe instructions were a little unclear.

The rooms are very nice. The hotel maintains a high standard of cleanliness. The staff provide great service.
I found the electronics in the room to be excessive. I could not turn off the nightlight, so I had to use eye shades for sleep. The brightness was an issue. I also received incorrect information about the airport shuttle. This caused me to be late for my flight.

My room's air conditioning did not function properly. Staff attempted a quick fix, but the system failed again shortly after. I requested a different room, yet it took considerable time and effort to secure one. I found this unacceptable. The shuttle service also caused issues. It was advertised as a complimentary airport shuttle, however that was not the case.
